Processing Times

Every ZELLEmart order is handled with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order, perform a quality check on your denim, and pack it for its journey. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email featuring your unique tracking number.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

We are proud to serve our style community across the Atlantic. Our estimated delivery windows (excluding processing time) are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days.

  • Europe (UK, EU, and Non-EU): 8–14 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. While most packages arrive on the earlier side of these windows, international logistics can occasionally vary.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate applied at checkout based on your specific location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a certain threshold (please check our homepage banner for current promotions!).

Important: Potential Delays

While we strive for punctuality, there are certain times of the year and specific circumstances where shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please account for extra delivery time during the following:

  • Peak Shopping Seasons & Sales: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Holiday Season, carriers often face backlogs. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery during these peak times.

  • Public Holidays: Our logistics partners do not ship on national holidays in the US or Europe. Orders placed on these days will be processed the following business day.

  • Extreme Weather: Safety is a priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as blizzards, hurricanes, or severe flooding) affecting our transit hubs or your local delivery area, shipments may be temporarily held until it is safe to resume transport.

  • Customs Clearance: For our European customers, while we do our best to ensure a smooth journey, occasional spot-checks by customs authorities can add a few days to the transit time.

Tracking Your Denim

Once your ZELLEmart package is on its way, you can track it every step of the route. Use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, don’t worry—sometimes international packages only update once they have cleared customs in your home country.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is refused or returned to sender due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within the USA and most major EU regions, we aim to provide a seamless experience. However, please be aware that any import duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country’s customs department are the responsibility of the recipient.
